Adding Credit to Student Print Accounts--New

Print Center and Tiger Card.

Every law student is issued a yearly $90.00 print credit each fall. Once

depleted, additional print credits could previously be purchased by check

(no cash or credit card) at the reference desk. This is no longer the case.

Instead, once your print credit reaches $0.00, print charges will go to your

Tiger Card account.

There are several advantages to this change. You can make cash deposits to

Tiger Card using the machine on the post next to the reference desk, you can

make a deposit by credit card on the Tiger Card website, or you can deposit

by check (or cash or credit) at the Tiger Card office in the Union. And you

can use Tiger Card on several Law Center Vending machines, the CC's Coffee

shop, and many other locations on and around campus.

FAQ on Roll-Over of Funds Deposited in Student Print Accounts

1. Amounts left in the accounts of Graduating Seniors will not be refunded to them. Please remind Seniors of this when they request to replenish their accounts. Recommend they not deposit more than the estimate will get them through the remainder of the school year.

2. Amounts in the accounts of returning Freshmen and juniors will roll-over to the next semester.

3. Returning students attending summer school on campus will be credited with an additional 750 pages ($45.00) to their accounts at the beginning of summer classes.  Students attending summer school in Lyon or Buenos Aries will not be credited the additional amount.

4. All returning students will be credited with another 1,500 pages ($90.00) at the beginning of fall classes for the academic year.

5. Credits will accrue only at the beginning of each fall and summer session. Students will not be able to get future amounts credited to their accounts in advance.

6.Research Assistants and Law Review have separate print accounts they can use when doing work in those areas. Students in these categories need to see IT in order to be set-up.
