For those of you who prefer word perfect and need to print in color from the Xerox Printer on the first floor:

There seems to be a problem with printing directly from word perfect. The easiest way to do this is to go to the file menu and select “publish to” and then choose pdf. Then re-save the document and print (remembering to select properties to activate color printing).

If you encounter problems with similar programs saving as a pdf should allow you to print in color.
